I hope you are all enjoying the two chapters I assigned for homework ("The Things They Carried" and "Love"), Tim O'Brien is a great storyteller.

Chapter 1 - why did Kiowa act insensitively about Lavenders death?

ReplyDeleteThis is confusing because on pg. 19 Sanders said the moral was to stay away from drugs.

1.)On page 9 Tim O'Brien spoke about searching the tunnels they planned on blowing up before they blew it up. What were they searching for?

3.) what else happened after Tim Lavender was shot? I find it extremely odd that they didn't send anybody out to go and search for the shooter to stop anyone else from possibly getting shot and killed.
